Case Study One

We have worked with this client over a period of ten years.

• Interpretation of 360˚ feedback and facilitation of action planning

 We have worked with managers within this client from first line manager up to and including the top 250 managers of the organization. Course delivered have encompassed a wide range of leadership and management skills including:

The Role of the Leader Leading Change
Performance Management Leading a Team
Process Management Managing People Situations

Feedback from the business areas, the Learning and Development function and programme participants has been extremely positive and has identified through the evaluation that the learning has facilitated significant change in the business.

Case Study Two

Lamont Associates designed and managed Director Development Centres for directors and managing directors of companies within this Group.

These were run to identify the development requirements of the participants and included feedback to the participants and the Group Directors identifying individual development and corporate development needs. Coaching sessions were also included to encourage and support the implementation of the development identified.

In addition to the development requirements the facilitators involved in the events also highlighted organizational change and developments required. This was fed back to the organization this, along with the development centres, has resulted in changes to management and communication styles.

Case Study Three

This client had identified a need to improve leadership styles. Having designed and managed development centres for the management team, feedback was provided individually to participants and the Executive Team was provided with an overview of individual and corporate needs. Lamont Associates went on to provide Leadership training to meet a number of these needs including assertiveness and managing conflict.

Following the completion of this work Lamont Associates were asked to provide team building, coaching and personal development for the Executive Team.

Case Study Four

A client wished to ensure their grading and salary systems were appropriate to ensure they could attract and retain staff. Lamont Associates worked with the client to design a suitable job evaluation system, provided training and documentation to staff who would run the system, supported the evaluation and appeal process and helped with the staff communication exercise. We then benchmarked salaries against suitable external organisations and designed a pay system in line with the job stucture and market research.
