Profile
As well as managing client projects Sheila also works directly with clients as a consultant across all levels in organisations from individual contributors to executive level however her main focus is in facilitating the development of leadership skills.
Sheila provides consultancy to analyse organisational development needs, designs and manages development centres, provides 360˚ feedback and delivers individual coaching to managers and executivesIand facilitates training programmes.

Sheila is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). She is a past Chair of one of the largest branches in the UK. Through her involvement with the CIPD, Sheila demonstrates her commitment to the development of the skills and approaches of both leaders and HR professionals.
Sheila is also qualified in a number of psychometric tools such as the Verax PEP 360˚ tool, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, SHL OPQ personality profile, motivation and ability tests.
Outside of the workplace, Sheila is a qualified ski instructor, runs in 10k and half marathons races her yacht on the Clyde and regularly cruises the Scottish Hebrides.
