Lamont Associates is an independent consultancy formed in 1997 and specialising in organisational and individual development. Lamont Associates have provided consultancy services to a variety of sectors and to small, medium and large organizations.

Lamont Associates have considerable experience of designing and delivering both leadership development programmes and leadership assessment and development centres across a wide variety of organisations.
We regularly design programmes for clients and it is our practice to liaise closely with the client and often with in-company subject matter experts in order to ensure training programmes are both relevant and have face validity for the target population.
The majority of the programmes we deliver are run as facilitated events, supporting the participants to develop and share their skills and experiences. We design in and encourage discussions and live case study assessment and review rather than taking a “teaching” approach.
